Does anyone limit security access to a requester in receiving self service? Specifically, the requester can only see AU's assigned to them in RQ04.

As far as I've been able to determine - this is not possible with security - you might be able to do it with IPA and design studio where releasing from self service isn't really release - it's a trigger for the IPA to check the RQ04 and then release/issue/error as desired.
