I am seeking endorsement for an ER (79888) that I submitted for an issue where some departments would like to make use of the header/line comments and it was found that comments do not print on the output of the Print Requisition from RSS. I submitted a support ticket with Infor and was told that these fields not printing via RSS is considered working as designed and to utilize the other routines in the Requester role, or submit an ER. Most of our end-users only use RSS from a web-link via our portal intranet. Creating these users to have more Infor Requisition role access is not our plan, especially since these are already existing fields and should be available to print in RSS output. I greatly appreciate your consideration of this enhancement request!
