There was a change to the formatting of how the address lines print on the 1099-NEC form from the original zip file posted on the 1/5/2022. If you have not yet printed your 1099-NEC forms, please do so using the updated zip file below. At issue was a decision made to print address 1 and address 2 on the same line due to reduced space on the 1099-NEC form. This has been changed now to print the address 1 line in the same box as the recipient name when there is an address 2 line, which will print in the address box. If there is no address 2 line, address 1 will print in the address box.

2021 Year End W2, ACA, and 1099
- No changes necessary for W2s for the 2021 filing year.
- No changes necessary for ACAs for the 2021 filing year.
- Changes necessary for 1099’s for the 2021 filing year.
The zip file, included in this Wiki posting, contains the changed programs APP730 and APP731 that you can drop into place.
Changes provide for the new “condensed” form, allowing 3 forms per page.
