Below is a list of Resolved items for the month of October as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues

 

ILM Admin

Issue: Admin encountered a session timeout when accessing the Reports category in Mingle environment

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – Reports category is now loading properly when admin access it in Mingle.

Issue: Admin encountered a session timeout when adding existing user to level and assigning the user to course in Mingle environment.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – Admin can now add existing user to level and assign the user to course without session timeout in Mingle

Issue: Admin encountered a session timeout when updating and assigning an instructor to an event in the Mingle environment.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – Admin can now update and assign an instructor to an event without session timeout in Mingle.

ILM Portal

Issue: Users are not assigned to events with approval after distribution runs

• Resolution: Resolved on October 13^th – After distribution run, users who satisfied the distribution rules are now assigned to events with approval.

Issue: User unregistered from Event Notification is not being sent to the Users when the course has an existing notification template

• Resolution: Resolved on October 13^th – Correct notifications are sent to the users when Course notification Profile Exist while the user is assigned to different notification profile

Issue: Learner encounters error when accessing curricula and certificate that are set as pre-requisite.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 13^th – Curricula and Certificate that are set as pre-requisite can be access without error.

Issue: Encountered error when 2 Prerequisite courses have the same Course Equivalent for pre-requisite set.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 13^th – Learner is now able to access the prerequisite courses that have same Course Equivalent for pre-requisite set
  without error.

Issue: The "Last Modified by" field is not updating correctly when updates are done through the permission group. It also not recorded correctly in the audit trail tables.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – The "Last Modified by" field is now updating correctly when updates are done through the permission group.
  It also now recorded correctly in the audit trail tables.

Issue: Space distribution is unable to continue the process due to slowness of performance.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – Processing time of space distribution is now faster and able to continue the distribution.

 

ILM CCCE

Issue:  CCCE does not reflect correct total points at score page.
Right minus wrong scoring does not work in CCCE

• Resolution: Resolved on October 13^th - Completion shows correct status/scores in score Right minus wrong scoring is now work in CCCE.

Issue: Questions in the CCCE question bank are displayed in
random order.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – Questions in the CCCE question bank is now displaying in numerical order.

Issue: An error is displayed when the same CCCE question bank is used in pre and post assessment.

• Resolution: Resolved on October 21^st – Learner can now access the courses with the same CCCE question bank in pre and post assessment properly. Also,
  correct score is now displayed
