*NEW* Infor multi-tenant cloud maintenance communication process update	As part of our commitment to improving the customer experience, we standardize how we document and notify customers of unscheduled, interim updates to our multi-tenant products. Previously, these supplementary updates have been referred to as critical fixes, patches, hotfixes, or CUs. Supplementary Updates KB 2206513 contains a list of each multi-tenant product with a column containing Supplementary Updates KB references that include details about each supplemental update and its deployment schedule. Notifications of Supplementary Updates are sent to the subscribers of the Supplementary Updates KB. When the deployment of a supplementary update requires a service interruption, Infor CloudSuite Maintenance notifications will be sent per the maintenance notification process as described in the Infor SaaS Delivery Guide available in Infor Concierge. When the deployment of an update does not require a service interruption, Infor CloudSuite Maintenance notifications will not be sent.  To receive email notifications for Infor HR Talent (HRT) see KB 2203750 and release documentation, open the KB, and click on the “Sign Up” link.
