So we are currently working with Staples to get punchouts and GHX ordering enabled. We've hit a roadblock.
We are using the SDQ segment for the desktop delivery location, that seems to be fine. The issue is the ship to location. Infor only maps the PO ship to location to the N1ST04 field. Staples uses the N1ST04 for the ship to account. Ideally we could have an alternate value mapped in Infor to the N1ST04 based off of the operating company/ req location. We need an alternate value mapped because some of our clinic locations use a cross-dock location. Of course we need the staples delivery to be direct to the location since it is a desktop delivery.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Or has anyone worked through this issue?
I have an idea for an enhancement request, but want to explorer other option that may help in a shorter time frame.
