Hi
I am coming across a number of sites where the Scheduler Server Service on the Server shows to be running, as the Status displays 'Running' but the client is unable to Email Payslips or access the MTD Centre.
Once I restart the Scheduler Server Service again, then everything runs fine again until next time.
I have checked the Event Viewer on the Server and did not find anything that offered any help.
Does anyone have experience of this issue and/or have any ideas as to how best to troubleshoot/resolve this issue?
