Part Specifications don't show up in Add Material

Hello,

I am a new user with Visual Manufacturing Ver. 6.5.2 and have been working my way through the software on my own for the past 10 months. I've run into a issue when I edit the part specifications from the Part Maintenance window and add text pertaining to that part, it does not show up when I Add Material to an operation and I end up having to open Part Maintenance to C/P the standard text. I there a way to have the specifications from Part Maintenance show up on the card entered into the operation from the Add Material window?

In the Mfg Window, pull down the Options menu and select "Pass part specifications Header/Material cards".
