Our group has got a situation and we are having some difficulty troubleshooting it…
For a number of reasons we use Actual Cost in our business, and we have a handful of Customer Orders hitting the GL without a Cost of Goods. (And not every order, just some).
We’ve looked everywhere to try and figure out why…
- MMS003 – Inventory Accounting Method is set to “4 – Actual Cost”
- MMS001 – Lot Control Method is set to “3 – In Lot Master”
- PCS265 – Has an Actual Cost calculated for this Lot (and I can see it in the MILOMA table in the database)
Obviously this isn’t happening to all of our Customer Orders, only some…
Any ideas where else we should be looking to try and hunt this down?
