9:30 – 10:00 Welcome and Introductions – With consideration of COVID protocols attendance will be limited to 25 people so it will be important to get your registration in early. If needed this user group may be converted to a virtual meeting if needed.
10:00 – 10:45 Site Tour
A plant Tour of Taylor Valve Technology (closed toed shoes and safety glasses required). We will see how they use Visual in their day to day operations. They have Visual version 9.0.8 SP5 in place. They have the Shop Floor Mobile application operational and in use on the shop floor labor tracking. They are in the process of implementing the material tracking side of Shop Floor Mobile.
10:45 – 12:00 Visual Enterprise Product Review and future plans
Rich will provide us with the current state of Visual version 10.0.0 SP3 and how users are adapting to it. He will cover the future product life cycle to and what we will see coming down the road.
We will cover the use of Visual Shop Floor Mobile and its future.
We will cover the use of Visual Quality (IQM – Infor Quality Management) and how it is being enhanced.

12:00 – 12:45 Enhancement request process and group requests (Lunch is going to be provided during the presentation)
With Rich onsite and as a moderator, we will review and document, what are the best processes for submitting enhancement requests for products. From this we should be able to determine a list of requests that all attendees can walk away with and turn at each of their respective sites. 1:30 - 2:15 Physical Inventory Processing
This presentation will review the setup and processing of a physical inventory within Visual. There are a number of pre-processes that will be reviewed and the actual process for initializing a count, entering count tickets, recount of tickets, audit of transactions and the close of the count. Taylor just completed their physical inventory in January 2022 and can provide other users with insight on what they see as best practices.

2:15 - 2:30 Visual versions 10.0.0 SP upgrade review
With the release of Version 10 there are some specific updates that users need to be aware of in this release. You will need to request a new product key code for your site. There are additional server and SQLserver requirements that will be discussed during the presentation.
