In the Employee Relations module of GHR - Is anyone tracking multiple "Types" on a single Coaching and Discipline/Corrective Action? If so - how are you doing this?
For example, if an employee receives a Coaching for two infractions, we just want users to enter one Coaching with two Types listed.
The existing set up only allows for one Type per Coaching or Discipline/Corrective Action you create. We need to track multiple infractions related to the same incident on a single Coaching or Discipline/Corrective Action.
It seems like the options are to (1) list all the infractions in the open text Behavior field, but that makes reporting based on type/infraction more challenging. (2) Create multiple Coaching or Discipline/Corrective Action records for each Type, even if related to the same incident or disciplinary outcome.
We're exploring user fields, but wondering what other customers are doing as a workaround if you also have this problem.
