Performance Mgmt Eval Issue due to Multiple Employees In Supervisor Role

Would anyone using performance management be willing to share their supervisor structure?

We have several employees assigned to a supervisor role, but when assigning a performance eval, only one employee "owns" the eval. Do you have individual supervisors assigned to individual supervisor roles?

Hi Jennifer!

We just went live last year, but when implementing, it was the best practice guidance given to us that every supervisory position be a 1-for-1 (1 person per position).  This ensures that our employee information is protected, our processes route correctly and will be assigned correctly for areas like compensation awarding, talent acquisition, goals & performance and safety.  We're still in the process of implementing different modules, but so far it works well for us.  The biggest issue for us is that when that single supervisor leaves the company with a requisition 90% of the way there, there's a lot of manual intervention by the admin team needed to get things pushed through.
