We are evaluating using OCM for our FSM CloudSuite implementation that is starting within the next couple of months and trying to gage how useful OCM would be. I know OCM is best for major business transformations and moving from S3 to CloudSuite is not the same as changing an ERP vendor. Has anyone used an OCM provider for the move to CloudSuite or other initiatives? Did you see clear benefits of OCM to supplement a standard project management approach?
