Below is a list of resolved items from the January 6th and 20th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues in the January 6th Weekly Release
ILM Admin
Issue: When deleting a course with an equivalency, the
course will not be deleted but a "Course deleted"
message is still displayed.
- Resolution: The delete button is now disabled/grayed
out for courses with course equivalency for completion.
Issue: Scorm course with Retake Management Last
Attempt Grading set up is not passing the user when
both the score and the passing score is 100%

Issue: A server error is displayed when an admin clicks
the "Preview" button in the Admin > Course > Edit Third
Party Online Course Package Properties > Preview.
- Resolution: The server error is not displaying anymore

ILM Portal
Issue: "No Events" is displayed when a manager with no
permission to add credit for an event clicks the credit
icon in course in the manager portal.
- Resolution: Added a "manager_no_events" key string
specific only to prompt message of credit icon in courses
in manager portal.
Issue: Unable to update the Webex session.
- Resolution: The button is now changed from “Update” to
“Add” button in the generate new sessions tab of the e-
meeting tab under the event.
Issue: The webinar session is displaying a different time
compared to the time specified in the event.
- Resolution: Correct date and time is now displaying in
the webinar session in Learner Pages > Virtual
Classroom and Virtual Classroom Details and Course
Issue: An error is displayed in HRIS Utility when
processing multiple values common fields if the data has
(~) tilde in front of data and with (~) tilde but there's no
specified data and duplicate data in file.
- Resolution: There are no more errors in HRIS Utility
when processing multiple values common fields if the

Issue: User added through Import utility or ADI is not
generating a User Registered Notification.
- Resolution: User added through Import utility or ADI is
now generating a User Registered Notification.
Resolved Issues in the January 20th Weekly Release
ILM Admin
Issue: If an admin uses an incorrect password, the
incorrect credentials error will be displayed to other
admins even if the correct password is used to create or
view the Webex session.
- Resolution: Admin can now access the Webex session
without error
Issue: Users assigned to curricula are not assigned to
collaboration.
- Resolution: Users assigned to curricula are now also
assigned to collaboration.
