Below is a list of resolved items from the February 3rd and 17th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues in the February 3rd Weekly Release
ILM Admin
Issue: Transcript_v is not displaying event name for user
with external test score or course credit and enrolled to
other events if the user is removed and reset to first
event.
- Resolution: Transcript_v report is now displaying the
event name of all events of the users are enrolled and
has external test score or course credit.
Issue: Last Date modified does not match with the report
if updated through utility
- Resolution: Date modified is now updating correctly
when the user profile is updated through
ILM Portal
Issue: Updating the user’s profile through the HRIS utility
does not update the date modified field and users_v.
- Resolution: Updating the user’s profile through HRIS
utility is now updating the date modified and the records
in users_v.
Issue: Copying and Pasting HTML text from one
language to other language in notification profiles is
adding extra <br> tags.
- Resolution: No extra <br> tags are created after
copying and pasting html text from one language to the
other in notification profile
Issue: The changes in HTML in notification edit page is
also displayed in other languages when a user switches
to another language.
- Resolution: The page now refreshes when switching the
language and changes do not apply to the newly
selected language.
ILM CCCE
Issue: When "Is Hidden" property is enabled or applied
to widget, the "x" and "Loading" is displayed and user
cannot navigate to course while "Back" button is not
displaying.
- Resolution: The "Back" button is now displayed and "x"
icon is not displayed in the Next Button when Audio
playback is completed. User can now navigate to course
without issue.
Enhancements
Hide option for a manager
The hide option for the “Let user choose event” option is now available for a manager. This option can be
viewed on Designer > Configure Pages > Manager > Courses > Users > Hide.

Resolved Issues in the February 17th Weekly Release
ILM Admin
Issue: Switch with new users option is keeping both the
users in the event and exceeding the max limit
- Resolution: The new user is now switched to existing
enrolled user when admin uses the Switch Event User
functionality
Issue: Encountered error after clicking the "Apply
Sequence" button on Catalog
- Resolution: No errors encountered when clicking the
"Apply Sequence" button and message is displayed
"Sequence was applied successfully."
Issue: An error is displayed when an admin uses the
Switch User between Events functionality.
- Resolution: Admin now can use the Switch User
between Events functionality without errors.
ILM Portal
Issue: The time selected in webinar is not the same in
the e-meeting list in Admin.
- Resolution: The time selected in webinar is now the
same in the e-meeting list in Admin.
Issue: The user is allowed to add outside credit without
entering the hours in the mandatory "Hours" field.
- Resolution: The "Hours" field now prompts the user to
add a value before submitting the outside credit and it's
not accepting the default 0 or Null value since this is a
mandatory field.
Issue: User is unable to proceed after the access
expiration pop up message is displayed and the user
closes it. It keeps displaying even after closing it.
- Resolution: User is now able to proceed after the
access expiration pop up message is displayed and user
close it.
Issue: Scheduled reports are not sent to users.
- Resolution: All recipients are now receiving the
scheduled reports.
Issue: Searching courses with multiple filters added an
ampersand sign (&) at the end of the URL.
- Resolution: Ampersand sign (&) at end of URL is not
added anymore when searching courses with multiple
filter
Issue: Removing the values in the dropdown common
field then saving the changes will display an error in My
Profile Page.
- Resolution: No error is displayed when the values in the
dropdown common field are removed then saving the
changes in My Profile Page.
Issue: Multiple rows are added in UsersHistory_v after
editing users through the import utilities
- Resolution: No duplicate of rows is added in
UserHistory_v when editing the users through the import
ILM CCCE
Issue: CCCE course in German language does not track
the user's progress and scores correctly.
- Resolution: CCCE course in German language is now
tracking the user's progress and scores correctly.
