Description:
When proceeding through the performance appraisal, and you get to the future goals section, you must click "mark section as reviewed" and check the set goals checkbox in order for the section to be marked as completed and get the appraisal to 100% complete. This is required even if future goals are submitted.
Proposed Solution:
Only require "mark section as reviewed" and the "set goals" checkbox to be selected when future goals are not entered in the appraisal.
