Browser issues with MSCM Admin

I'm having issues modifying user location access in MSCM in Edge and Chrome but not IE. It's like a pop-up blocker is active but it's not turned on in either browser. With IE going away soon I need to figure out what's causing this. Any help would be appreciated.

We had to install WAS FP 18 on the MSCM server in order to correct a very similar issue when using Chrome or Edge. We would populate the company field and then it would just disappear and the select box would be empty.

You may want to check your Edge and Chrome versions. There were versions that were released last year that had coding changes that disabled iframes in the two browsers. There was enough pushback that the coding was disabled but at some point will return. I hadn't heard that it affected MSCM but I know it could impact core S3 screens and Design studio scripts.

We were told we had to upgrade to resolve the issue - going live with MSCM 11.2.17.0 May 9th - Edge and Chrome are working for us?

I looked at the Lawson product compatibility matrix and I see that MSCM v 10.1.x.x is compatible with IE11 and Chrome33. MSCM 11.x is compatible with the latest versions of Edge Chromium and Chrome. Since PC/application updates are pushed out by IT en masse having a different version of Edge/Chrome isn't an option for us. I did find out that we're keeping IE until the end of the year due to other applications we use that are not compatible with Edge or Chrome.
