Our techs in the receiving / warehouse are experiencing very slow printing from when the send button is hit on the handheld to the actual printing of that document. This is for all docs. Anyone getting this same slow response?
Yes, we are getting feedback from operations about this same delay. It's about a 2 minute delay from what I'm hearing.
Thats about the same time for us. Its really slowing down the receiving process. We had to create a second line to do our receiving.
Gretchen. Has there been any progress from Infor on this? We are still experiencing slow degraded performance although the latest from Infor was there was something in development..
We must have done something, but I will have to see what our solution or work around was. I'll find out and follow up.

The last we got was changing the configuration to push PO arrival data to MSCM. I have attached the config document.

Thank you and yes we have implemented the same process and it seems to have improved, but still seems there could be room for improvement. Still looking at around a minutes on average.
