We just went live with Talent Acquisition last month and have had candidates reporting they are unable to create an account due to an error message stating the username already exists. When we check, there isn't an actor/candidate with that email address. We direct the candidate to clear their browser history and try again. This resolves the issue in most cases. Others still have issues so the recruiter creates an account for them and sends them the information.
We do have a ticket open with Infor, but just wondering if others have experienced this and what their solution/work around was?
