Opera 3 - New Orders Print Options

Hi all,

Can i ask if i am missing something.

I want to create a New Sales Orders in SOP and print the Order. However I don't get the publisher option.

In the Test company it works for Adams Light Engineering but not for Abington Hire Limited.

I have looked at all the setting on the 2 Sales Accounts and i have the option to Immediate Print ticked in SOP Set Options, but i cant find out why one account prints out Sales Orders and the second one doesn't.

I logged the query with Pegasus Support but they came back with some explaination around print drivers but i know that cant be the issue as it works on the 1st account in the test company and not the second one.

Any one come accros this or am i missing something very basic.

did they honestly say "print drivers"?! if you go to action>delivery & tick "acknowledgement require" that should do thet trick

We have had a similar thing happen with another partner and they way they got around it is to get the company to ensure that the correct printer drivers were installed. as they only had only installed Universal Printer Drivers. Once they had installed the specific driver all was back working. Can you please check this is the same issue with your customer.

PS - I don't have a printer set up here as I am working from home, hence why I have the same problem as they were experiencing."
