After upgrading clients to the latest payroll version we have experienced issues running the new version of the FPS. To get round this we have copied back the old form design but this will only work until they run year end.
We have contacted Pegasus but they have pointed to anti virus or permissions issues and we don't think that is the problem.
The error is also a little intermittent, I have attached 2, but is always error 12.
So appears to be something to do with the publisher. But the strange thing is that it is intermittent, with some user machines working and others not. It happens mostly on windows 7 but have at least one still on XP that isn't working.
Even a hint of an idea will be greatly appreciated!
