32 bit office build which works with Opera VFP 291.x

Good day all. Got a few Opera sites running office 32 bit (due to having XRL) and they having issues running standard opera reports to excel. Opera goes into a not responding state and you need to end task Opera to continue. Tried serverial semi annual channel builds this morning and got the same issue. Can anybody reply with a 32 bit office build which they have working with 2.91 ?

Hi Rick,

Mine appears to be be working ok. just ran an invoice and credits report to excel and took about a second to open. Was it a particular report is was happening with?

Thanks Alan, interesting the TB report always seems to work. Don't suppose you know if Pegasus have any fault finding documents for this type if issue? If I logon to the PC using our AD logon (so it's using a different windows profile) all the reports seem to work too. This lead me to thinking to was a permission issue so increase user permission to local admin but still got the same issue.

I'd check that the user has at least Change permissions to

c:program files (x86)Pegasus

and

c:programdatapegasus

Can you give me an example of a report that doesn't work ?

Yea sure, PL invoice and credit report and NL audit trail for for the full Year on windows 10. Seen issues at other sites with the NL audit trail, if you select a range of accounts and filter down on certain periods on the NL audit trail Opera can take up to 10 minutes to produce the report - same report to PDF produced in under 2 minutes. I'm running on windows 11 with Opera 2.91 and I can get any excel report to work ! Not contacted Pegasus yet because their supports not been too good recently.
