Can a Resource still go back and complete their Preboarding Program?

Hello TA Community,

If candidates are hired before they complete their Pre boarding program, could they go back to their Preboarding program and complete it?

If yes, will it update their candidate record? 

I'd appreciate the information.

I haven't tested this, but the way it was explained to me is that when the Hire takes place, that's the only point in time that the data from a Candidate Profile gets thrown over the wall from the TA to GHR side.  Data from the Candidate Profile is only populated in GHR at the Hire, after that the connection is broken.  After the hire takes place, any changes to personal information, etc would need to be done using Employee Self Service in GHR.  If there are other tasks (documents that need to be agreed to, etc), I would think they would still be able to complete Preboarding for those but nothing would be ported over to the Employee Profile if those tasks are completed post-hire.  Especially since we use Tracker for I-9 compliance, it's part of our process that we don't take the hire step until preboarding is complete.
