ILM Admin
Issue: If a user is managing themself then assigns their user account to another manager by enabling the configuration UserManagerRemoveOtherManagers in HRIS, HRS then removes the user as the manager.

Issue: The Administrators from the Spanish region are unable to manage Course Equivalency for Completion. The courses are not showing in the display. However, when the user's interface language preference is changed, the courses will become available in the display. The issue is in the Column header name under Course Equivalency for Completion that was not translated to Local Interface Language.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. The Column name header is translated to the local interface language. Now, the user can manage the course under Course
Equivalency for Completion.

Issue: When a user assigns a new manager to a learner or user through HRIS, the HRIS removes the Manager Permission from the learner or user's previous managers. Instead of just reassigning managers, it updates the permissions of users.
- Resolution: The fix is made at the User manager management in the HRIS import utility. Now HRIS will not remove the manager permission for the previous managers of a user.
ILM Portal
Issue: Different time shown for the Date Classroom Start, Date Classroom End, Date Event Start, and Date Event End when using report data source Event_v, because time zone conversion process is not functioning.
- Resolution: Added date offset to Date Event Start and Date Event End to view correct date in Classroom Portion and event.
