Hello Everyone,
We have an odd issue where we are seeing a Windows Security credential prompt come up when attempting to remittances email from Opera. It appears to be requesting the password for the email address but won't accept or remember the credentials (we have checked that the password being entered is correct). It allows you to enter the password approximately 3 times before reporting a MAPI error or the message 'unable to send email at present'. This appears to be a new issue starting at the beginning of July although their IT support aren't aware of any changes.
We have tried the following and I am running out of ideas:
- Various credentials including domain administrator
- Reinstall the Opera client
- Checked permissions on the local folders
- Office Repair - Scheduled for 7pm tonight.
They are running MS Outlook 2016 32bit.
Has anyone come across this before? Or have any suggestions if the Office repair doesn't work?
