Hi, anyone come across this one?

The "Access to the path "\server...Data_PDFpssimagepayslip.pdf" is denied" appears in the MessageItems SQL table for PegScheduler.mdf

Customer's new to emailing their payslips.

They have already sent the Welcome and Password emails with no issues, but the Payslips are all "Failed to send". 

The Task Scheduler > Set Options test send is successful.

This happens to all of their opera companies including Z.

All Opera shares and folders are full control everyone.  I've logged onto their Opera server as a domain admin account but same issue.

I can create, edit and delete files in the pssimage folders.

As the welcome and password emails were fine, we suspect their is some issue at the point of SMTP taking and or applying the password.

This is a Citrix environment.

Can anyone help?

The account that the pegasus scheduler service is running under (NT System by default) needs permissions to that folder structure - either add permissions for the local NT System account or change the service login account to one that has permissions.

The welcome etc. worked because they are not trying to add a pdf attachment to the email, it's only when emailing payslips these get added and you get that error.
