Searching for users / courses / curricula / etc. with accented characters currently requires the filter query terms to include those accented characters.
This is causing confusion and frustration for our learners who are unable to find content, and it has caused admins to miss things as well.
We would love to see search filters become accent insensitive! If you would too, please vote on the ER here
