What process are you using in the instance you may need to underfill or overfill a posted requisition?
- We have many of the position default rules set to no override.
- Our requisitions are based on the position being replaced.
However, we will have instances where the resource vacating may be at a higher level than the candidate selected (new grad).
Is anyone else experiencing this? How do you address?
