Below is a list of Resolved items from the August 15th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: As an Admin, I want to create/update Post Notifications tab of the Next Gen Course Wizard Create/update Post Notifications tab is not converted to Next Gen
- Resolution: Create/update Post Notifications tab is now converted to Next Gen
Issue: Creation of virtual classroom session from Classrooms tab is not converted to Next Gen
- Resolution: Creation of Virtual classroom session is converted to NGext Gen. Now user can Create/Edit the session without error, and session will Reflect correctly on the Events Portion of the Learner Portal, Manager, Instructor, Reports.
Issue: Error is occurring when user filters the list using certain keywords under the certificate search page
- Resolution: It is fixed. No Error encountered when searching the certificates with certain keywords like "Inpatient" and "Hire".
Issue: Searching a User for catalogs under Manage user > Filters, takes more time to load.
- Resolution: It is fixed. Search for user in Catalog > Manage Users will load fast. It will load fast for all the Filter conditions.
Issue: In Event tabs after clicking on save button, it will display a successful message but the event type in post notification type will disappear and other changes in different tabs are not reflected.
- Resolution: It is fixed, now clicking the "Save" button will successfully save all the changes from different tabs.
Issue: In Collaboration item list, user not able to navigate from Page 2 to Page 1 in first attempt. It remain on same page.
- Resolution: It is fixed. Now on the first attempt on "Page 1" , it is successfully navigated to Page 1 from page 2.
Issue: Under Events, post notification tab the field 'Days' is Disabled for Online and ILM event types
- Resolution: The 'Days' field is now Enabled under Post notification for for ILM, Online, and Classroom event types
ILM Portal
Issue: Learner need to see ALL completions for a course in the transcript instead of only showing the most recent completion.
- Resolution: Under Transcript a New drop down box 'Completion' with Values ALL & Latest is implemented. When User select ALL the Learner (user) will see all completions of a course starting with the most current completion date to the initial completion date. When User select 'Latest' ,the Learner(user) will see only the most recent completion, upon the selected date range.
Issue: Course records are not displaying correctly in the transcript, according to the selected Completion Start date and End date in Filter.
- Resolution: It is fixed. Course records will display correctly in the transcript, according to the selected Start and End date in the Filter.
Issue: Course records are not displaying correctly in the transcript, according to the selected status in filter. Course with passed status from the history is not displaying even when the Completions filter is set as 'All'.
- Resolution: Issue with Completions filter is fixed. Now course records will display in the transcript according to the selected status in filter.
ILM CCCE
Issue: In CCCE, Course Completion Page after Adding assessment marks, the Save button is not clickable.
- Resolution: It is fixed, In Course Completion Page after adding assessment marks, user can click on Save button and course is saving successfully.
Issue: In CCCE, the Clear button of all the question widget is enabled even after the Learner Submits the assessment. It allows learner to go back to the question page and able to clear the answers without Retaking the assessment. It affects the score page.
- Resolution: It is fixed. Now once the learner, submitted the Assessment, the Clear button of all the question widget will be disabled. It will enabled back and can be clickable once the learner retake the assessment
Issue: In CCCE, loading animation is not displaying properly when navigate to different pages (My Courses, My Question Banks, Repository, etc) in Firefox browser
- Resolution: It is fixed, now the loading animation should display properly when navigating to different pages and will not be changed when resizing the browser page
ENHANCEMENTS
No new enhancements in this release.
