OII - Terms page for emailing Sales Invoices

Anyone recommend how to add a terms page to a sales invoice print (other than a 3rd party addon) please?
Initial test adding text to an additional memo field (added to summary band).
This works but customer would prefer a formatted page. Effectively chaining a x1 page terms.frx

We offered / quoted the customer the Corrin add-in for T&Cs. Eventually the customer opted for the basic memo field + summary band addition.
