When creating a Sales Order they are entering text in narrative line 1 and narrative line 2 on the Sales Order header.
The document is then being progressed to a Delivery, the narrative lines print at the bottom of the Delivery as expected/entered.
The Delivery Note is then batch processed to an Invoice later that evening, the Invoice design also has the narrative lines at the bottom and users have noticed that narrative line 1 and half of narrative line 2 are intermittently disappearing.
I have checked the tables and it appears to be going missing from the database rather than the design.
I can't see how this is happening as once the Sales Order has been progressed to a Delivery Note you are unable to edit the narrative/comments so it can't be user error. I can see the narrative/comments on the Delivery Note when it is printed so it's definitely in the database at this point, then it goes missing after being progressed to an Invoice.
I've attempted to recreate this using back ups and the same records which had encountered the issue in the live data but I have been unable to do so.
I don't suppose anyone has seen this issue before or has any idea what might cause this?
