Below is a list of Resolved items from the September 9th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

ILM Portal
Issue: When the learner accesses a course or registers for an event, an error is displayed.
Resolution: This is fixed. Error will no longer display when accessing or registering to a course.
Issue: Completion status and completion date of users assigned under a certification with groups is inconsistent when viewed in AdHoc reports.
Resolution: This is fixed. CertProgramRequirementGroupCompletionNG_v data source should display correct completion status and completion date for the specific certification program users.
Issue: Manager specified as CC and BCC recipients are not receiving the Account Expiration and Renewal Notifications.
Resolution: This is fixed. Account Expiration and Account Renewal Notifications will be received by the CC/BCC Managers and CC Managers specified in the Notification tab.
ILM CCCE
Issue: 500 internal server error displays when user clicks on the Clear or Submit for a CCCE course.
Resolution: This is fixed. Error message will no longer display when the CCCE Course is launched and the Clear or Submit button are used.
Issue: Course is marking as failed and scores are recorded in the course history when course is closed before full completion. Users are also encountering an error message when attempting to clear a failed question.
Resolution: Fix is done. Course Status will be In-Progress when course is closed without full completion. Course Status will be updated only when the learner has completed the last question in the Aggregate and Pre/Post Assessments. Course and Event Status should be correct in these pages

Issue: When the user submits answers in a Pre and Post Assessment for a CCCE course enabled for multiple languages, an unexpected problem has occurred error message displays.
Resolution: This is fixed. When the user changes the locale to a different Language and Assessments are submitting, no error will display.
Issue: When a user successfully completes a course with a passing score, the Status displays as Passed but Score displays as 0. Points are not recorded in the users passing Score in report from Admin > Courses > Scores by user.
Resolution: This is fixed. Correct Score values now displays in the user records in the Scores-By user report.
Issue: When the Learner re-launches the CCCE Course Assessments and clicks No in the resume course pop-up, the previously submitted answers are cleared.
Resolution: This is fixed. User is now redirected to the Page 1 of the assessment with the recorded answer submission when No is clicked in the resume course pop-up.
Issue: Maximum achievable score calculation is incorrect under the CCCE Edit Course Completion tab for courses with multiple assessments.
Resolution: This is fixed. The Maximum achievable score will now show correct values in the CCCE Course under the Edit Course Completion tab.
Correct Maximum achievable score will display correct values in these scenarios:
- If Course passing score should be less or equal to the Maximum achievable score.
- If there is a Question folder added outside an assessment and points are added for those questions
- If there are multiple assessments, as well as multiple pages and widgets outside the assessment, but not all are checked
- If there is a page outside of an assessment and a single assessment but assessments do not have all question checked
Issue: CCCE Aggregate Courses with Assessment display incorrect Maximum achievable score.
Resolution: It is fixed. The Maximum achievable score is reflecting correct calculations.
Maximum achievable score calculation includes:
- Point values assigned to the assessment and not the points of the questions inside the assessment
- Point values assigned to questions outside the assessment.
Issue: CCCE Course under the Edit Course Completion tab displays incorrect Maximum Achievable Score. Scores were also displaying incorrectly under the Course Passing Score and User Transcript Score.
Resolution: This is fixed. The Maximum Achievable Score calculation has been corrected. Correct values will now display in the Course Passing Score and the User Transcript scores for courses with aggregates.
