Online Filing Manager - Unable to Update the Settings (INI)

This seems to have happened after the machine updated to Win 11. The machine has previously been working fine for several years.

The update to Win 11 may be a red herring. The external IT support may have change something else.

The rights to C:ProgramDataPegasusOFM are not set to Everyone full access, but I can create and edit files in Notepad.

Does any have any pointers please?

Full read/write needs set on

c:programfiles x86pegasusofm and c:programdataofm

if there is no c:programdatapegasusofm folder it may be in the c:programdataapplication datapegasusofm folder

Also, ensure the .net 3.5 is enabled in programs and features.

I would also uninstall it and reinstall (but before doing that ensure to take a copy of the gguser.ini from C:ProgramDataPegasusOFM and drop this back in after the reinstall - saves the user having to setup the user details again)

I think it specifically requires write access to the 'ggsys.ini' file located in the programdatapegasusofm folder. Usually applying the permissions as Claire suggested is enough but perhaps that hasn't filtered down to the individual files?

A bit of a strange one in the end. The machine had both C:ProgramDataPegasusOFM and C:ProgramDataApplication DataPegasusOFM folders.
It seems it was using C:ProgramDataPegasusOFM OK as the Everyone had full access, but switched to C:ProgramDataApplication DataPegasusOFM which didn't have full access.

Deleted C:ProgramDataPegasusOFM. Added Everyone full access to C:ProgramDataApplication DataPegasusOFM and all good.

Did a re-install for good measure.
