Question regarding RSS that a user has recently brought up, and is being experienced by multiple requesters in our organization. Recently, in the home RSS page, the "orders history" tile had been sorted by date requested, with the most recent orders at the top. It appears that as of this week, RSS is now sorting orders by "Company", rather than date. For example, we have multiple ordering organizations within our system, and our requester is placing orders between the "3000" location and the "1000" location.
Users can click the "..." at the upper right of the tile, which takes them to an ordering history, where it shows the default setting is apparently grouping the orders by "Company." The user then has to filter/sort the list to have it show orders most recently placed at the top.
Is there a setting we can dig into or something on the Business IT side we can engage w/ to change this back to our previous setting?
Please see below for two snips - the second snip (a bit blurry) shows the window that comes up after the "..." is selected at the upper right of the tile. The top requisition was placed on 7/7/22, while the 3rd one down shows a placed order date of 9/19/22 - each order is to a different company.
