Chained Documents issue

We have an Opera 3 site who uses SOP. They produce a quotation & on the back of this, 2 other docuents are chained. So for every quote, there should be 3 documents.

What we're experiencing is every noe & then, they print will only include 1 document. Then it will be fine for 20 other quotes, then it will only print 2 documents...then it will be fine again, then it will print 1 document.

There appears to be no consistency. When it fails it can print doc 1 & 2. Doc 3 & 1...doc 2 only etc.

It isnt machine specific & its not just win 7, Ive seen it working on their Win 2003 server, logged in as admin, using demo data

Has anyone come across this before?

We have a second OPII site that has another issue with Chained docs, which is slightly different., but any pointers would be much appreciated.

We have a customer with a similar problem. In their case it only seems to occur when they are progressing a Proforma to Invoice. They have an invoice document which is chained to a delivery note. Occasionally they will progress a Proforma and instead of their invoice, the standard sqinin form prints out, followed by the correct delivery note. This happens about once every 5 progressions. If they then reprint the invoice it comes ot OK. We have tried removing sqinin.frx and frt. Now it does not print any invoice, just the delivery note. This problem originally started on Opera II. We upgraded them to Opera 3, and the problem is still happening.
