Barcode Scanners

I would like to know what other companies are using for their barcode scanners for the barcode labor ticket entry? We are currently using Symbol LS2106 scanners. This model has been replaced by the LS2208. I am configuring the new scanners and all works well with the exception of scanning No or Cancel. Both act as a Yes or Enter key.
I really wish Infor would provide more information on this topic besides stating that any Plug and Play scanner will work.

for our barcode scanners for labor ticket entry, we have been using Bluetooth scan fobs and using a third party program called SJT that works with ipads

scan fob will input the work order and hit enter. Which keys it off. Not sure if it will work with you though. Wish I was a better help.

We just put The LS2208 onto the floor for scanning into BTS. We have not had this issue.

We use VTA and I'm talking to an independent programmer about a way to long-in/log-out with single click. That's what I want, to provide workers with FAST way to do it so they will be consistent so we have optimum costing info.
