GLS215 Views Incorrect in Multi-tenant

Hi, We are finding that our views in GLS215 are sometimes not correct in multi-tenant (our single tenant environment 13.3 works just fine. It appears if we fun GLS915 and GLS905 - it does resolve the issue, but we were hoping for some explaination as to why we need to run this, We understand the idea of building the period zero, but what is confusing is that many of our balalnce keys works just fine without having to run these programs.

Is there anyone out there that has never run these programs and on 13.4 or Multi-tenant? Have you experienced the same issues?

I have been working on many projects and different versions, and this used to be a problem with 10.1 version (BE14.1.2).

But on version 13 (BE15) my experience is that this is not happening very often.

It is not a view-problem, it s a balance key update problem. That is why GLS915 (recreating balance keys) is fixing it. GLS905 doesn help I would say.

you want to use GLS940 to fix the balance key.. only in case GLS940 is not working then you can use GLS915. GLS940 is much faster and solves the problems in 95% of the cases
