Issue when action request in basket com.lawson.rdtech.type.DoesNotExistException: Employee does not

Im getting below error when trying to open Action Request Inbasket.

Internal Server Error Exception ID: ed3e7a62-2180-8000-000c-ee7f6365fb83 - com.lawson.rdtech.type.DoesNotExistException: Employee does not exist. HROrganization=, Employee=0

All Parameters are included in the action form and are also included in the process flow definition, not sure as to where the disconnect is.

For the benefit of users out there this is what I did that fixed the issue. I am not sure why it fixed the issue but I ended up replicating some transitions from an Infor native application flow.

Created a Landmark Transaction node name:GetData

_dataArea="<!appProdline>" & _module="la" & _objectName="ActionRequest" & _actionName="Find" & _actionOperator="NONE" & _actionType="SingleRecordQuery" & _pageSize="30" & ActionRequest="<!ActionRequest>" & BusinessAction

Then set the value of the variable below as follows:

OriginatingAction="FindMerged" + GetData_BusinessAction

Created Landmark Transaction node name:GetActionVariable

_dataArea="<!appProdline>" & _module="hr" & _objectName="Employee" & _actionName="<!OriginatingAction>" & _actionOperator="NONE" & _actionType="SingleRecordQuery" & _runAsUser="" & ActionRequest="<!ActionRequest>" & _authenticatedUser="" & _pageSize="30" & _relationName="" & _setName="" & _asOfDate="" & _effectiveDate="" & HROrganization & Employee & EmployeeContact & CellPhoneStipend & RequestedBy & EmployeeName & Job & CellPhoneNumber

By the way the action request we were dealing with was for the Employee business class.

I would be interested to know how this made a difference.

i'm also curious. i have seen the 'FindMerged' in several of the processes that Infor consultants had created for us and want to have a better understanding of what that is doing exactly.

I’m struggling with this same issue. I also found the FindMerged action in one of the delivered flow and it seems to only pull a portion of the data we need. I can see the values on the actionrequest if I search the business class. Have you ran into any fields that it isn’t passing? I’m also trying to look in the employee business class
