Using Infor's CandidateSpace.zip file, we have recently been receiving a Remote Call Failed Exception in our NON-PROD environments and am wondering if anyone else has seen this before. This is occuring in all of our NON-PROD data areas, with either our customized CandidateSpace.zip file or the Infor 'vanilla' CandidateSpace from 11/2021. Our JobBoard Configuration in NONPROD is identical to our PROD Environment (which works correctly.)
Steps to recreate are as follows:
Using any browser, enter url to access Candidate Space. The error appears. Click OK. In this case, there are no Recent jobs, so no jobs appear.
Click All, the error appears. Click OK. No jobs appear.
Enter a criteria in the search panel such as Location = USA:RI:East Providence. 12 pages of Jobs are returned, no error.
It seems that when a subset of data is returned it works correctly.
I have submitted a ticket with Infor, but it's been a week or so, and I think they are stumped.

This was working successfully about 2.5 weeks ago. We did have a data refresh from PROD last week, but we have never had this issue in the past. Just thought I'd see if anyone has run into this. Thank you.
