Export to CSV - change defaults

Every time we export to CSV we have to change the output to Excel and then change the Headers from Field ID to Field Labels. In our layout it is more useful to have a Field Label as a header so it doesn't say FinanceDimension1 but instead says Entity. If we could have the option to change these settings and save these as our default, it would be beneficial for users.

Please endorse my enhancement so users have the option to change their settings as their default instead of having to change it on every export.

Would just remembering what you want per export be best? Is it really an ALL the same all over the place thing do you think?

For ALL of our users they export EVERYTHING to Excel and use Field Labels.

Endorsed - Also, as part of this could users also have an option to default a Report Distribution Group as well?

I email almost every report to myself (In Excel format ha ha) using my report distribution group instead of going to "MyNotifications". I added this as a comment on the ER.
