MWS411 API

Hi,
We need to do << move to existing>> or << move to new >> ( MWS411 )  functions  in a external program .
Usually we use API to solve this kind of needs but in thise case the are not this features ( see screenshot ) 

Do anyone help us ?

The transaction MWS411MI.MoveDelLn is developed for M3 CE. Should be possible to downgrade to on prem.
