If you are using other pay rates in HR Talent, please endorse our enhancement 74964 to add other pay rate fields to the rehire, transfer and add work assignment forms. The hire form is the only delivered form that has this functionality. It also seems like it will take significant development effort to customize our forms to include the other pay rate information.
If you have created a work around for this, it would also be helpful to know how you handled entering other pay rates.
