Contract Management - Rebate Section

We have been using Contract Management at a very low level for the past year or so but would like to start using it to its full functionality. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, or feedback in regards to the rebate section and how it works? Any other info about Contract Management in general, would be helpful too. Thanks!
