We are finalizing our implementation of GHR and Talent, and would like to file current resources employment contracts in a secure place. Can anyone direct me to where/how we do this in GHR?
What is the definition of a secure place in your mind? Through security you can restrict access to records based on security roles which makes the contract secured.
Our idea is to limit it to security profiles: HR Administrator, HR Generalist and Administrator. Any guidance on where these documents would be stored and limited to only those security profiles ability to see the documents?
There is a business class for emplyeecontractdocument which is the actual document, but there are other related tables as well like employee contract.
