To have same Text blocks in the Panel T

Hi to all,

I would like to have, please see screenshot below, the two text blocks in Panel T (MMS001) always, i.e. without recreating them every time per each item. Is it possible? I was thinking if not as standard, maybe using Script H5?

When creating NEW Items, use a Template Item (Assigned on the Item Type), which has these Text-Blocks.
Then set the 'Copy Text' option in CRS040/F.
