which account do you use for schedule jobs in a M3 Cloud environment ?

Hello,
When you are in an M3 Cloud setup and want to schedule jobs in SHS030, which account do you use? A dedicated account with full rights and an email address? Does this account consume a license?
Because unlike an on-Premise configuration it is no longer possible to use the MVXCOFR account "without email" ? because you must be able to connect with the account selected to launch the program and specify the scheduling parameters.

Hi,

We have created a separate account/user to schedule jobs. The user have full access to the needed M3 programs for the scheduled jobs.

I am also curious if there is any better way to solve this...

The account that sets up the job is the only one that can change it. We are setting up a service account to manage the jobs .
