Business Class Custom Fields Disappeared

I have a rudimentary understanding of the data flow process between the data lake and Birst so am not sure where to look next to fix this issue -

There are some custom fields that were created in the FSM_Project business class -

And they show up in the field list in ION Desk but when I do a Select * they don't show up in the results -

This happened after 1) I reset and replicated all business classes, 2) deleted all data in Birst, and 3) ran a full orchestration in the FSM model.

What even has me more confused (not always hard to do, mind you) is that Birst still has the placeholders for all GRE prefixed fields -

I think you have issue in Data Lake to retrieve the data in SQL query. try running the command."

EXEC INFOR.CLEAR_TABLE('FSM_Project', 'False')" that should help with SQL error.
