We have a customer who is consistently but sporadically receiving the below error whilst trying to create a new PO, happens on various suppliers at various times of the day/week but not every time, and once he forces opera to close & open it will create no issues.
User is connected via remote desktop & the other company not on remote desktop do not have this issue, other staff on remote desktop also don't have this issue as they don't raise PO's.
We have been unsuccessful in being able to replicate the error both on his machine & locally to ourselves, we have been back and forth with their 3rd party IT support trying to rectify the issue with no luck (restarting sessions, clearing temp files and so on).
Wandering if anyone else has/had similar issue and if you were able to rectify?
