Accounts Payable invoice entry locking when closed

We are on Visual 7.0 & just did patches on May 8th.
Now my accounts payable person is being locked out of AP invoice entry when she closes the screen - she has to reboot her system to get back in. This just started after the patch. I have not been able to duplicate this on my computer. Does anyone know what is going on?
