Cannot export Opera excel reports to Excel

Customer cannot export any Excel reports from Opera.

32 Bit office

Current Channel

It runs through saying 100% and then there is a message with the data path saying it could not find the file.

We have checked........

Advanced previews,

Copied in new report layouts.

Checked permissions.

Reinstalled Excel.

Turned off Anti virus.

I noticed they are on business standard license but were on enterprise , could this be the issue ?

I've see this at 2 sites with W11 & later releases of W10. Try turn of off "Let Windows manage my default Printer"
